This Privacy Policy describes how BI Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the ESS mobile application (the "App"). To provide login and access to the App's services, we collect the following information directly from you:

• Company ID — used to associate your account with your organization.
• Email Address — used to identify your account and for account-related communication.
• Password — used to authenticate and secure your account. Passwords are stored in encrypted/hashed form and are never stored in plain text.

In addition, with your permission, we collect:

• Location Data — your device's approximate or precise location, used to [e.g. verify attendance, provide location-based features, or improve service accuracy relevant to your organization]. Location data is only collected while the relevant feature is in use, and only with your consent granted through your device's permission settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to your organization's account.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the core features of the App.
• To provide location-based functionality where applicable.
• To communicate with you regarding your account, such as security notices.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

• With your employer/organization administrator, where the App is provided to you through your workplace.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Passwords are encrypted. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the App's services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Upon a verified request, we will delete your Company ID, Email, Password, and Location data associated with your account, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for location data collection at any time via your device settings.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
